Having graduated from TED Ankara College in 1987, Ateş Yenen completed Hacettepe University Department of Economics in 1991. Yenen, having started his banking career in İktisat Bankası Foreign Trade Department from 1993 to 1996, took office as MT in Pamukbank Financial Analysis Department from 1996 to 1998 and then worked in İktisat Bankası Ankara Branch from 1998 to 2000. Subsequently, Yenen took office as Ankara Corporate Branch manager of QNB Finansbank from 2000 to 2008 and assumed the position of Corporate/Major Commercial Banking Department Head from 2008 to 2012. Yenen acted as Sales and Marketing EVP in QNB Finans Leasing from 2012 to 2023 and started to act as Alternatif Lease CEO as of July 2024.
