In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, Alternatif Financial Lease Inc. is named 'Data Supervisor' and the personal data (identity, address, tax id, marital status, contact information etc.) of its customers (shareholders, authorities, natural persons who are the guarantors of the customers, persons who has natural person guarantors etc.) that they gathered directly or indirectly form them, can be processed in its activities, kept whether in print or web-based or shared with main shareholders or third parties from whom it receives or might receive service and to whom it transferred its rights.

In accordance with the Article 11 of the Law numbered 6698,

We inform you that, by applying to our company, regarding your personal data you have the right to;

• Learn whether or not personal data regarding him/her has been processed,
• Request information in relation to the processing if his/her data,
• Learn the purpose of the processing of the personal data and whether the data is being processed in accordance with the purpose of collection,
• Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request rectification where his/her personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out under Article 7 of the Data Protection Law,
• Request notification of the operations made in relation to the fourth and fifth points above to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of any result that is to her/his detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation for the damage where he/she incurs damage due to the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.
